Master Locksmith Pro is operated by Master Locksmith in Springfield, Missouri. You can delete your account and the private data stored with it from inside the app. If you cannot open the app, email us.
Delete in the app
Open Master Locksmith Pro and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab.
Tap Delete account.
Read the confirmation and tap Delete my account.
The account is removed and you are returned to the sign-in screen. This cannot be undone.
Request by email
If you cannot sign in, email joshuabritt.mls@gmail.com from the email address on the account. Include the business name and say that you want the Master Locksmith Pro account and its data deleted.
We will complete email requests within 30 days and reply when the account is deleted. We may ask you to confirm that you control the address.
What is deleted
Your login and profile, including the name, business name, city, phone, and email stored on the profile.
Shop jobs and the customer names, phone numbers, emails, and addresses on those jobs.
Safe Tech files, chat photos you uploaded, entries you saved, blocks, and the subscription status stored for your account.
What may be kept, and for how long
Chat messages you already sent may stay so the room still reads clearly. Your account is detached. The name written on the message can remain until a moderator removes the message.
Key-database entries you contributed may stay, with your account detached, because other locksmiths use them. A moderator can remove an entry if you ask.
Verification records are kept permanently, including identity, license number, license state, license expiry, the decision, the approver, and the timestamps. The document files stay for 5 years after the account is closed (attorney to confirm), then the files are deleted and the record remains.
Terms and privacy acceptances, and the access log of entry views and Safes posts, are kept after deletion for legal compliance and for disputes or claims. Admins can read them. Other locksmiths cannot.
Google Play keeps its own record of the subscription. Deleting the app account does not cancel billing. Cancel in Google Play: Play Store → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions. We never received your card number.
